2000pts Black Templars vs Chaos Daemons

Turn 1. Demons deep strike perfectly around Templar formation. Soul Grinder fires a large blast template that wounds on anything but a one, and penetrates power armor automatically. Gets direct hit, wipes one squad and hurts another.
50 Templars fire at point blank range, killing a whole 4 demons. Two twin-linked lascannons, 4 missiles and an assault cannon fire at Soul Grinder, do nothing useful. Templars inflict some damage in melee, but continue to roll badly.
Turn 2. All but 2 demon units arrive from reserve and deep strike perfectly. Soul Grinder fires large blast marker, destroys another squad. Demons surround surving Templars, Templar player quits.
